Refunds
Refunds
You may drop classes and receive a refund of course fees according to the refund
schedule, provided you have met the conditions outlined in the section devoted to adding and dropping
courses. The date used to calculate your refund is the date when you file a Student Update Form in person or enter the drop via
URSA. Any outstanding
bills you owe the University may be deducted from your Summer Sessions refund.
Refunds normally take one to two weeks to process and are mailed to the address
we have on file for you.
For courses that meet for less than six weeks, please e-mail info@summer.ucla.edu for refund policies and procedures.
Refunds for UCLA Students who participate in Bruin Direct will be electronically
deposited into their bank account.
Course Fee Refunds
You are entitled to a refund of 100% of your course fees if you drop your courses
by Friday of the second week of each session using URSA or a Student Update Form.
There is no refund of course fees after the Friday of the second week of each
session.
