Please be sure to click "Continue" after inputting your credit card information. After completing this form, you will receive a confirmation email with your nine-digit UID (UCLA ID), you will be directed to URSA (University Records System Access) to enroll in courses. Please click on the “New to URSA” link and use your UID to create your UCLA logon and password. At the end of the registration process you will be asked to upload the International Student Supplemental Form and additional supporting documents. Please have your documents ready for upload. All F-1 Visa students are required to purchase health insurance.

ALL other students: For students new to UCLA, you will receive a nine-digit UID (UCLA ID) after completing this form. This information will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you specify below. You can then use the UID to create a UCLA logon on URSA (University Records System Access).

If you have already attended or applied to UCLA before, a UID (UCLA ID) was already assigned to you. If you do not have your UID, please complete this form to receive it via e-mail. Once you have your University ID, use URSA (University Records System Access) to create a UCLA logon and enroll.

Payment Deadlines:

Full payment is due by May 22, 2009 for non-UC students only. Full payment is due by June 19, 2009 for UC students. Full payment is due by April 3, 2009 for Travel Study students. For enrollment after May 22, full payment is due on June 19, 2009 for all students. For enrollment after June 19, full fees are due by Friday of the week you enroll. All payments, either in person or via URSA, must be received by 5:00 p.m. If full fees are not paid by the appropriate deadlines, courses may be dropped and a hold placed on your records according to University policy.

If you enroll in any UCLA Summer Sessions course(s) and later withdraw (drop all classes) you will be charged a $100 nonrefundable processing fee even if you drop before the classes begin. All students will also be charged an Instructional Enhancement Initiative (IEI) fee of $6.00 per unit for UCLA College courses and $7.00 per unit for School of Engineering and Applied Science courses.

If you are a non-UC student, please note that the registration and processing fee is $300 ($700 for international students). If you drop all courses by the end of the second week of each session, $200 is refundable; the $100 processing portion is nonrefundable ($400 is nonrefundable for international students). After the second week of each session, the entire registration and processing fee is nonrefundable.
