Take advantage of Los Angeles' status as a multilingual, multicultural capital to learn another language. The Language Intensives in L.A. summer language program combines rigorous classroom work with community activities. Most elementary courses fulfill the foreign language requirement of the UCLA College, the School of the Arts and Architecture and the School of Theatre, Film and Television. Language Intensives in L.A. are organized by the UCLA Center for World Languages with support from the UC Consortium for Language Learning and Teaching and various language departments.
