If you will be under 18 years of age at the start of a program, a parent/legal guardian must review and agree to this document on your behalf. Students participating in a special program for high school students (Acting and Performance, Mock Trial, Chamber Music, Design | Media Arts, Summer Dance-Theater Intensive, World Music Institute) will also be asked to agree to a Program Participant Agreement. If your program requires instructor consent or if you are waitlisted for a program, you will not be prompted to pay and your payment will not be due until your application is approved by the instructor or accepted from the waitlist. You will be notified by e-mail with payment instructions. In order to secure your place in the program, a $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at this time. You may pay by credit card or debit / check card using our secure online form at the end of this application process. Please note that your credit or debit / check card will be charged immediately and that your $100 deposit is not refundable. If you do not submit valid payment at the end of the application process, your place in the program cannot be held. Please do not make a payment if you are unsure of your summer plans.

Final payment of your program balance is due May 1st. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in your application being dropped from your program. Students dropped for non-payment will not be refunded their $100 program deposit.

Final payments should be made via URSA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need your UCLA Identification Number (UID) to establish a Log on ID and password. If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you in a confirmation e-mail after the program deposit has been paid.

Please note: University of California undergraduate students with a Spring 2008 degree expected term are not eligible for the UC undergraduate tuition rate.

Financial Aid Policy for University of California Students
A $100 nonrefundable program deposit is still required of all applicants. However, UC financial aid applicants who have met all of the financial aid deadlines and requirements will not be held responsible for the May 1st payment deadline. Cancellation Policy
$100 is not refundable under any circumstance; Program fees (minus the $100 deposit) are refundable until June 1st.
