PaymentIn order to secure your spot, payment is due in full only after you have been approved into the program, a small portion of which is nonrefundable.
If you have applied after the program has filled, you must request to be placed on the wait list. This does not happen automatically.
No payment is due unless your application is moved from the wait list.
Final payments (including housing payments if applicable) should be made via URSA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need to establish a Logon ID and password using your UCLA Identification Number (UID). If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you via e-mail after the deposit has been paid.
Final payment of your program balance is due May 1. Due to the high demand of our programs, if you do not pay by the deadline you will be dropped for nonpayment. If you are dropped, you can inquire with our office on space availability in the program.
After May 1, full fees are collected at the time of registration. There are no refunds after June 1.
