In order to secure your spot, payment is due in full only AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN approved into the program. $100 of this payment acts as a non refundable deposit.

If you have applied after the program has filled, you must request to be placed on the waitlist. This does not happen automatically.

No payment is due unless your application is moved from the waitlist.

Final payments (including housing payments if applicable) should be made via URSA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need to establish a Logon ID and password using your UCLA Identification Number (UID). Look for the link on the URSA homepage. If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you via e-mail after the deposit has been paid.
