Program Cost per Session

This program carries quarter units of Pass/No Pass UC credit.

Optional Housing (double occupancy) with Meal Plan (2 meals per day)

*All fees subject to change by action of the UC Regents. Also, students enrolled in Photography will be charged an additional $40 to cover the costs of film processing.

Payment

In order to secure your spot, payment is due in full only after you have been approved into the program. $150 of this payment acts as a nonrefundable deposit.

If you have applied after the program has filled, you must request to be placed on the wait list. This does not happen automatically.

No payment is due unless your application is moved from the wait list.

Final payments (including housing payments if applicable) should be made via URSA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need to establish a Logon ID and password using your UCLA Identification Number (UID). If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you via e-mail after the deposit has been paid.

Final payment of your program balance is due May 1. After May 1, full fees are collected at the time of registration. There are no refunds after June 1.

Video Art - Students will have the opportunity to use video cameras and equipment provided by UCLA during daytime studio hours, but will not be permitted to take the equipment home or to the dorms. Students are welcome to bring and use their own video cameras if they wish. Each student is required to bring 5 mini-DV tapes and 5 DVD-R discs to the session.
