This program carries quarter units of UC credit.

The Instructional Enhancement Initiative (IEI) fee is $8 per unit.
In order to secure your spot, a nonrefundable deposit is due when your application for the program and letter of reference have been approved by the department faculty. Once approved by the department, you will receive e-mail notification instructing you to make your program deposit. You may pay by credit or debit card using our secure online credit card form.
If you are waitlisted for a program, your payment is not due until your application is moved from the wait list. You will be notified by e-mail with payment instructions.
Final payments should be made via URSA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need to establish a Logon ID and password using your UCLA Identification Number (UID). If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you via e-mail after the deposit has been paid.
Final payment of your program balance is due May 1. Due to the high demand of our programs, if you do not pay by the deadline you will be dropped for nonpayment. If you are dropped, you can inquire with our office on space availability in the program.
After May 1, full fees are collected at the time of registration. There are no refunds after June 1.
