Drop and Cancellation Policy
In order to secure a place in a UCLA Summer Institute, a $150 deposit is required at the time of registration. Please know that this deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. As a result, students should be sure of their intent to participate in a program when registering.
Drop
To officially drop from a program (including the Stem Cell Science course and Writing Workshop for high school students, Brain-Mind-Wellness, Labor Summer Research Internship Program, and Teaching English as a Second / Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL)), students must retrieve their online registration form to cancel their enrollment.
Cancellation
The program fee (minus the $150 deposit) is refundable until June 1. Our programs require up front costs, therefore; no refunds can be granted after the June 1 refund deadline.
