Drop Policy

In order to secure a place in a UCLA Summer Institute, a $150 deposit is required at the time of registration. Please know that this deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. Therefore, students should be sure of their intent to participate in a program when registering.

The program fee (minus the $150 deposit) is refundable until June 1, 2010. Our programs require upfront costs, therefore no refunds can be granted after the June 1 refund deadline.

To officially drop from a program, students must retrieve their online registration form to cancel their enrollment
