Grades/Transcripts
Program participants will earn units of credit and will be recorded on an official University of California transcript. Please note that official transcripts are not automatically sent to students. You can view more information about UCLA grading policies.
Students may order official transcripts through the University Records System Access (URSA) website or in-person at the Registrar's Office.
To access URSA, students will need to have established a UCLA Logon and Password. To create a UCLA Logon and Password for the first time, students will need their nine-digit UCLA University Identification Number (UID) and will need to visit the Bruin OnLine website for instructions.
