*** The Instructional Enhancement Initiative (IEI) fee covers technology in the classroom, such as the maintenance of class Web sites.
In order to secure your spot, a $150 nonrefundable deposit is due upon completion of your application for the program. You may pay by credit or debit card using our secure online credit card form. Your $150 deposit is nonrefundable.
If you are waitlisted for a program, your payment is not due until your application is moved from the wait list. You will be notified by e-mail with payment instructions.
Final payments should be made via URSA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need to establish a Logon ID and password using your UCLA Identification Number (UID). If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you via e-mail after the $150 nonrefundable program deposit has been paid.
Final payment of your program balance is due May 1. After May 1, full fees are collected at the time of registration. There are no refunds after June 1.
