How does this Nanoscience Summer Institute differ from the others?
This is a one week program in which students participate in labs every day. Each day involves a different experiment.
What level of science should my child have? What science classes should they have already taken?
We expect students to have a strong background in chemistry and biology (honors/AP chemistry experience preferred).
My child is an incoming high school freshman, are they eligible?
Incoming high school freshman may apply, but should have a strong background in science to be considered.
Are Laptops Required?
Yes, students should bring laptops.
